1. Offers and contractual conclusion

The offers of LFV are non-binding with respect to goods and price. The online shop merely represents an invitation to bid by the customer. By submitting an order the customer makes a binding offer. A contract of sale shall be established if LFV issues a written order confirmation (including per e-mail) or delivers all or part of the goods. LFV is entitled to make partial deliveries.

2. Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value.

3. Prices and payment

All the prices specified in the online shop are shown in Swiss francs, euros or US dollars, including the statutory value added tax.

Payment is performed exclusively via credit card (Visa, Master Card - International), in Liechtenstein and Switzerland including via Postcard.

4. Delivery

Goods will be dispatched immediately following receipt of payment. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, then you either failed to enter your e-mail address or failed to enter this correctly! In this case, please contact us without delay.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be performed ex warehouse at the risk and on the account of the customer. The associated delivery period will not exceed 30 days.

Should it appear likely that this delivery period will be exceeded, the customer will be notified and he must declare without delay whether he wishes to cancel the order or to continue waiting for the delivery.

5. P&P charges

The prices of the products are shown excl. forwarding charges. P&P charges shall be automatically added in accordance with the weight and the size of the order. Prices are based on standard Liechtenstein postal charges. We will endeavour to minimise the P&P charges for each individual delivery.

6. Right of rescission

Consumers within the meaning of Liechtenstein consumer protection law are entitled to withdraw from agreements concluded via the internet within a period of 7 days from the date of the receipt of the goods, whereby Saturday is not deemed to constitute a working day. In the case of non-domestic consumers, LFV grants a right of return of 14 days from the receipt of the delivery. The declaration of rescission may only be made in writing or by e-mail (see return address specified below).

In the case of a declaration of rescission, the customer shall be obliged to return the goods at his own expense, enclosing the invoice. Up until the receipt of the goods by the recipient, the customer shall bear the risk and the costs. The goods must be returned in the original packaging in mint state and in a condition which is capable of being resold as new. Once the goods have been checked, the purchase price shall be credited to the bank account specified by the customer. In the case of credit card purchases, the amount reimbursed shall be less the fees retained by the bank (approx. 3-4%). Delivery costs shall not be reimbursed. If no bank account is specified, the repayment shall be performed by means of a postal order sent to the customer address. The associated costs shall then be borne by the customer.

Excluded from the right of return are goods which in accordance with the order constitute flocked and printed shirts as well as other articles, if these have been unsealed, as well as articles outside the standard product range which were specially ordered at the request of the customer.

7. Exchange

The customer may also exchange goods within the deadline specified under Fig. 6. The goods shall be returned to the above address, free of charge for the recipient. In the event of LFV being at fault (wrong article or wrong size delivered), the P&P costs shall be reimbursed by LFV. Excluded from exchange are the goods specified under Fig. 6.

8. Warranty

Defective goods must be forwarded to the address specified under Fig. 5. Warranty claims must be brought within 6 months. The deadline shall start at the time of the receipt of the good by the customer. Should it not be possible to forward the goods, meaning that these are instead deposited for the customer, then the deadline shall start on the 1st day of the deposition. Defects must be reported by the customer without delay, citing the customer number, invoice number and invoice date. In the event of a warranty claim, LFV shall be entitled at its own choice to rectify the fault, to replace the goods or to reimburse the purchase price. If LFV is unwilling or unable to render these performances, if these are postponed beyond reasonable deadlines for reasons for which LFV is responsible, or should they fail to have the required effect for any other reason, then the customer shall be entitled at his own choice to withdraw from the Agreement or to demand a corresponding deduction in the purchase price.

9. Product modifications

Errors or minor product modifications remain reserved.

10. Data storage

We will handle your personal data with confidentiality, and will not pass these on to any third party.

11. Applicable law, place of jurisdiction, language

This Agreement shall be governed by Liechtenstein law. The place of jurisdiction is Vaduz. The contractual language is German.

12. Deviating agreements

Delivery of goods, services and offers are performed solely on the basis of these Terms and Conditions of Business. Other conditions or agreements with respect to orders shall apply only if these have been expressly recognised by LFV in writing.
